Public or Crowd (Sociology of Communication)

We live in a society characterized by the concentration and mass communication. Although, as individuals endowed with reasoning, capable of development and intellectual developments are a Crowd that is not enough to join, but that joins search for consciousness. The Public. It is understood the lifting of opinion and the condition element of consciousness of being part of an audience. The crowd dispersed, for its part, which shares, conscience emphasizing the cognitive abilities of the individual and that knowledge is power for the intellectual and its consequent developments, is without a doubt, considered public. The opposition over the crowd rises in the sense if you believe in evolution, on the premise of leaving behind the happy absence of conscience. Crowd is a "mental contagion," a "sugestionamento", and that individuals tend to conform to the ideas of others and demonstrate its passivity, joining up with a mass of anonymous manner, limiting itself to imitation, leaving it is carried by the collective feeling. Imperativamente the question arises interrogativa, the convergence that may exist between the public and the crowd. Opinions differ, but enriched. They are near and distanciamentos. Surge the predominant tendency to cognitive development. There is the possibility of convergence, when it provides for the transformation of a public crowd, but not a real crowd pure and simple. Before a crowd virtual, requires no physical contact to promote ideologies, sharing of knowledge. Precipitamo us brilliantly for a path open to new views, and never by ventura a blockade of mind. The responsibility of this development lies with the development of intellectual abilities and consequent proliferation of access to knowledge. Only then, the public is told, given the crowd. Achieving up and putting up due to the development of the press, fundamental role in shaping the view of the individual and decisive in its statement of position before the whole society which wraps.
